CRAFTING THE NARRATIVE
“Tabus” is written on the left end of the ribbon, “lösen!” on the right. Wearing the ribbon means showing solidarity with people who have had the experience of abortion themselves. The lettering calls on people to untie the knot and thus the taboo. On the inside of the cloth we have a little more space for an informative text that raises questions and stimulates interaction, as well as leads to our Instagram account.
In addition to emotional enlightenment, tabulos offers facts related to the topic. We want to stimulate discourse and offer the space for it. We want to expose myths and enlighten. From the point of view of those affected, companions, partners and doctors.
